Believing a man created the world, who then

sent his son out on a donkey, who could walk on water, feed 5000 people with a basket, have a burning bush, heal lepers with his hands etc Who then died for what in reality would be classed as "a crackpot", who then rose from the dead to tell his band of merry men to go and spread the word

Is quite fundamental to me.
