The bloke has never really gone on from being a decent fresh pair of legs off the bench. Has odd flashes of brilliance which as he plays up front often leads to goals.

If he displayed the same form & attitude, but played in defence or def.midfield he would have been booted out long ago.

For my money it was telling that no-one came in for him when he was transfer listed. We don't have a rep. for holding out for silly money for squad players so I'm guessing that he really wasn't much in demand.
