Absolutely!

We DO have good players they SHOULD be higher up the league and you're right, a new manager should kick them up the backside and make sure they fulfill their potential! I think the fans also have a huge responsibility here, the players need support now more than ever to boost their confidence, they need to remember how good they are, some of them seem to have forgotten!
