Fucking ludicrous.

A business with no targets is a business that will fail, full stop.

That said, I met a woman the other week who set up a business with only 3 aims

1) To work in the area she was interested in
2) To not lose cash after salaries and expense paid
3) To never, ever have internal meetings

She now employs something like 50 people and has made a load of cash. She claims this is all due to people actually getting on with the job and discuss things as they need to instead of wasting time twittering on in meetings.
