How likely are Hucks and Earnie to leave?

They were both very obviously pro-Worthy men, with Hucks getting off his sick bed to play and try to save him, and Earnie crying during the second half.

I think if they go, we obviously won't get anything like what we paid for them back again, and we'll really struggle to replace them. And let's face it, without those two, we don't have much at all.
