Lets not kid ourselves who the next Norwich manager will be , If you listen to delia she is almost telling you ,he must be a winner and work closely with the board , she is not saying he must have won something but must be a winner ,that is open to a lot of interpretations? also he must work closely with the board ,on this point you must remember that Delia is deeply religious ,Im not saying that the new manager will be deeply religious but in Delia?s world its not often ?when the going gets tough the tough get going ? but ?the nice guy sometimes wins ? it was this mind set that kept Nigel Worthington in his job for so long ,because Delia see?s the good the nice in people
