Why is our club always obsessed with saying nothing

in case it harms our pursuit of players/managers?

I don't think ti makes any difference whatsoever and I for one would quite like to know what is going on. i don't expect them to name names but it would be quite nice to know if we are close to making an appointment/have held interviews etc!
