I had not read the posts to begin with, but I assure you this is true. Louis-Jean is close to signing, and the Green/Francis/Primus thing is true. Whether it happens or not will depend entirely on whether Pompey come up with enough cash - I think Norwich (quite rightly) are holding out for a hell of a lot
