Oh yeah, and while you're at it we will also require Bobby Zamora in exactly one year's time even though we have no idea what our playing staff or situation will be. This deal will not change even if Ashton breaks his ankle and Green becomes a benchwarmer while Zamora becomes one of the top scorers in the Premiership.

And we'll keep this so quiet that the players involved have no idea and therefore remain motivated.
