Puppet man being mentioned along with Marigold mainly.

Two of my current favorites are "Walk-around-shouting-or-singing-in-an-African-accent-while-waving-hands-man" and "Walk-around-the-City-really-fast-talking-to-transistor-radio-which-is-stuck-to-ear-man".

The latter of these two, I beleive, was a leading figure in Sunday's protests, although I'm not sure if it was him as he didn't have his radio stuck to his ear.
