I think whoever comes in should be an appointment

that pleases/excites most of the fans.
Because half the problem at the moment is the atmosphere surrounding the team...IMO we have the making of a decent side if EVERYONE is pulling in the same direction.
In fact I reckon with the right appointment we'll go up!
