People who'd be disappointed with Bowen?

what just like Watford were disappointed with Boothroyd?
He's got coaching experience coming out of his ears at Birmingham, Blackburn & Wales.
He seems very highly thought of in Football circles and I stand corrected but he seems pretty successful at where he's been.
Its him or Curbishley for me without a doubt.
