Now the only time I'd actually watched him before was in the Davis Cup, when he played quite well.

But whether he wins this match or not, is this really the great hope for British tennis ? He seems quite ordinary actually and I don't understand his obsession for the drop shot which he doesn't seem to be able to execute at all anyway.

Maybe we should ask for the net to be lowered 6 inches or something.
