I agree

Its time we had somebody with top flight experience.

Worthy came in, shook the club up and took us as far as he could, to the premiereship and back, unfortunatley this is where he was found out. What is the point of going through teh whole process again with another young unproven manager? There isnt one, its just a side step.

We need somebody to come in and take us to the next level, somebody who has managed at the top level.
