Just curious as to what kind of boss you would like to see get the job having read your comments about what sort of boss you dont want!

I can see your point about getting a proven manager in. I would quite like to see a proven old guy as an assistant with a young up and coming boss as the manager (A bit like Mclaren and Venables, probably a bad example i know!!!)

Overall your choices seem ok, although O'Leary and Dowie im not so sure about!
