When he signed for Norwich he was delighted and really honoured to be captain. He is, and will only ever be, a willing player with a bit of ability that works hard for whatever team he plays for and to suggest he is the worst player to play for Norwich is laughable.

Seems that Norwich fans have pinned their angst against Worthington on him.

If he did react in the way described it's out of order - but also really out of character and it must have been under severe provocation. He's a nice fella from a good family who, on signing professional took time to thank anyone that had helped him on his way.

If you called him a c**t then all I can say is it takes one to know one.
