What most of us want is the best man for the job...

whether that happens to be an ex city player or not, experienced or inexperienced.

I cant see why the likes of Cotterill or Newell will want to come here. Their sides are above us in the league and are more stable especially as Cotterill witnessed the horrible atmosphere first hand.

I can see a lower league manager or someone looking for their first management position getting the role...but whomever gets the job the fans need to be 100% behind the team and give the new man achance
