I'd much prefer Crook or Bowen to the likes of Peter Reid or some other failed manager with no links.

Bowen *is* a fantastic coach. Look whats happenned to Wales, Birmingham and Blackburn as he's arrived/left. The defences are always very organised which is what we REALLY need.

Just can he manage ? But then everyone has a first job.
If Martin O'Neill (as was at Wycombe) was available would we want him or would he be unproven ?
