I would go for Tilson out of the candidates you have mentioned...

I also think that Cotterill or Paul Simpson at Preston are great young, lively managers with a lot of passion and knowledge of how to build a team for promotion...

Mark Bowen is undoubtedly a fantastic coach but it would be a massive gamble for us (at this time) to employ him on the basis of being a good coach (because as we all know being a good coach doesn't necessarily make you a good manager)...

It would be fantastic to see an ex-player such as Bowen, Chippy, Flecky or Sutton make the grade as a manager here but too much of a gamble... would be nice to bring in somebody like that as part of the coaching set up though!
