Curbs ok maybe be least realistic but Cotterill is very realistic one:

We are a bigger club, more money to spend, better paid contract than Burnley, lots more potential no disrespect to Burnley as i work in the town.

Tilson again reasons as above. Definetly realistic choices. And for Curbs, he wanted a new challenge and would feel we have more potential than Charlton based on fan base etc.
