i'm pleased that he's gone but...

whilst the guy did out-stay his welcome, and his decisions for the last two years were generally poor, we should not get personal with the criticism. He has gone now, so lets say thanks for the hard work but you should have left with your dignity in tact because you weren't good enough. Now lets leave the guy to get on with his life and lets get a good replacement in, soon.
