Yes, I do feel sorry for him.

No-one needs abuse like that
Do you really think he was trying to grind the vlub down?
Do you really think he was trying to lose games?
If he was your brother, or father, or son, would you be happy with the abuse he gets?

His downfall was his pride. And possibly wanting to look after his family. IF the board are going to sit on their hands and not sack him, what is he to do?
