I also mentioned Newman if you recall. But I was only messing about then. I told you that the man being lined up would be at the match today as a guest of the club - and that was before I had been told his identity. Found out this morning that it was Rob Newman - and lo and behold he was there. Not my preferred choice, but it would seem that he is the man in pole position as he is favoured by those in charge. Personally, I think it looks like a cheap option rather than an ambitious one - but there isn't much surprising about that I suppose. Got to be better than Worthless though!
