In all fairness? your an average team (with the exception of earnshaw and maybe huckerby) in an average league....

you have no better players than any team in this league, and if worthington was to go, who is going to replace him???

i think your expectations are set abit to high...but still, i can see why you want worthington out, it's not always about getting results, aslong as your playing good football....which i guess you aint !!
