Goes from being self-gratulatory (I do this, I know him) to (very briefly) making the decent point that replacing Nigel may be hard, to more self gratulatory crap (I was at Gunny's book launch).

Either get to the point Mick or don't bloody bother, I don't want to hear an account of your life.
