1) Piss poor attitude in the transfer market
2) The muppety excuses he came out with in the summer for not bringing anyone in, i.e "Everyone is on holiday" etc... (Note, this didn't stop Coventry or Birmingham bringing anyone in)
3) Only bringing in 1 signing
4) Allowing the squad to become as thin as air
5) Having no depth
6) Having no contingency plan
7) Praising s**te performances
