takeovers by rich foreigners

Eli Papouchado, the Israeli backing the planned takeover bid of West Ham by Kia Joorabchian, says he knows nothing about football but realises such a deal would provide a "real estate opportunity". (Various)

Real estate? Is that the end of Upton Park then? Foreign money may not always be a good thing!
Though I think i'd have a chuckle if they did move them out and knock it down!.
