I don' t have much time but i think i 'd make a cauliflower carrot and pasta gratin with the top of the milk and some flour and butter and a bit of blue cheese that i'd find at the back of the fridge. Crumble some walnuts over the top. Not very summery but definitely filling.

Serve with a side salad of lettuce and sun dried tomatoes and a glass of wine.

Give the spam to the cat. And then f**k the check out girl with the knickers on.
