Where you draw the line at sacking him though?

If we were six points off the play offs at xmas, would that be success in that it looks like you are two games away from the play offs when in reality you are about 4 games away from it

What would be the points total/league position to let him go?

And deep down, why do think he can turn it around with such shocking away stats?
