i'm sure he is far from perfect

but i'm trying to think of some great players he has signed, and struggling to do so. Surely that means he did exceptionaly well taking charlton where he did?

Lets look at who we don't want....I would be reduced to tears by any of the following!:

mick mccarthy
nigel spackman
george burley
joe royle
steve claridge

there is some crap out there, the list goes on...!!
