He has had me pulling my hair out for seasons now, things like not sorting the right hand side out just seemed so obvious... then there's the pointless loan signings. And of course that away record. But he is also a human being who was responsible for the team who gave me some of my greatest seasons supporting norwich - the play off and championship years.
Not many people are in a job for over five years in any walk of life without hitting brick walls. The fact is we need fresh impetus and he was found totally wanting in the Premiership - where we all want to be.
The man might work himself to the bone but now he has too much baggage with a squad who clearly don't believe he has the tactics to win away. Otherwise, we would. We wouldn't back off with 20mins to go against Southend.
