I'm looking for characters

we hear them on the board, but when the scorpions are mentioned i'm looking for people to stand up and be counted, but people are going missing, and passing the blame.
I need people who will take responsibility for the scorpions but that's not happening and its something myself and the staff will have to look at it.
We've had a chat about mentioning the scorpions in the dressing room and its been very positive.
