We have 6 games in december. This gives the new guy plenty of time to see the squad, asses the quality, then do some worthwhile business in the transfer window. THere is no point a new guy starting in jan as how the hell is he supposed to improve his sqaud without seeing them play a few times.
THis means NW needs to be gone by the end of Oct to give time to find the new guy and get him in during november.
