Curbishley

Just trawled through all the messages since last night and apart from a few comments on his character, the call is for him to go.

If and when that happy day dawns I would like to garner some opinions on his likely replacement. Curbishley would be most peoples preferred choice but I think we all know that is not going to happen. The club has slipped too far under Worthy's stewardship to make him interested and a Prem club will surely soon be knocking on his door.

I think Worthy's reputation in the game has taken a bit of a knock also which may explain his lack of success in attracting players to the club. Rednapp and Roeder have both rejected loan requests for their O'Brien's but I wouldn't be surprised to see at least one of those two on loan somewhere else in the near future.

Judging by the turnouts last season I doubt there would be much stomach for a fans protest. 23,000 inside - a few hundred outside - enough said.
