Now i know that's a totally s**t attitude to have from a player and he's a w**ker for acting like it, but it goes for a fair few other players as well imo.
That's why i'm so confident a change in manager would change things, it's just got to stale here.
Every manager has his shelf life (even when they are still winning) There comes a point where they just cant take a team any further (lets be honest, Worthington took us further than most managers have... granted he's been given s**te loads more money than most, but a lot of that has been down to how things turned around when he first came)
The longer the board (not mentioning no name, because it has to be the whole of the board take a stance, not just one person) lets this carry on, the more likely fans will forget what Worthingtons done for us in the past.
But that's the point... what he done before...is in the past.
Currently, we're 14th place in the league, one point from the last 4 games (against imo, only one team we'd struggle against, with the players we have)
A good manager doesnt become bad over night... just in the same way a poor manager who's team clearly cant play away from home, doesnt become a Alex Ferguson.
No matter how long you stick with them.
Kinda long post, but i guess what i'm saying is that Worthington should go. ;-p
