I just think he deserved to be given the benefit of the doubt last season...

After taking us forward for four years it was our first poor season under him. Many teams struggle after going down, it's a mix of things, raised expectations (pressure), players jumping boat (francis, ashton, etc) and adapting to playing a different kind of football again (rotherham away on a cold tuesday evening).

However this season was different, we have had our hang over, now it's back to business and if the results aren't going right the manager goes... it's now approaching that time... we have to achieve this season no two ways about it.
