Performance targets

"You tell your employee their target not your customer".
So their target was to finish a lame 9th having shown no signs of even getting in the play off places?
It is obvious to everyone the target was at least a playoff place last season, and will be this season.
P.s the reason so much bollocks is written on here is everyone is entitled to an opinion, even yourself.
