I've got to a point of despising the board

Over two seasons of incompetent misery, and they just put their blindfolds on and stick their fingers in their ears. Getting over chummy, to the point of finding it difficult to remove dead wood, has hurt our football club.

Clearly, internal relationships are more important than the club and 25,000 people who've just had enough.
