There comes a point when loyalty starts to look pointless

and to be fair I gave him longer than most to prove he had what it takes. He plainly doesn't, in fact I would not be surprised if we start to hear stories of dressing room bust-ups, along the lines of what was said about Kenton. I have, to be honest, given up on the man as a manager. He is a genuinely nice bloke, overfaced.
