What do you do with your senior chef if he can't cook? Persevere and hope he improves while your restaurant goes down the pan? I don't think so. You get rid of him and bring in someone who has the know-how and flair to get you back on the right track again. A decision such as this may well prove unpalatable but if you want your business to survive what choice do you really have? If you would find it absolutely impossible to take such a necessary course of action then maybe you shouldn't be running a restaurant! Now, about Norwich City Football Club.......................
