For the club to go forward

For the club to go forward Delia, Doncaster, the board and Worthy need to go and go now.

Delia and board have made it perfectly clear that they don't have a footballing brain between them. Firstly they would not sack Brian Hamilton. The players had to revolt to get rid of him FFS! Delia thought the sun shone out of his arse!
They have once again shown their complete lack of a footballing brain by not realising months ago what most Norwich fans had that Nigel Worthington is a disgrace and should be sacked.
It is obvious that Delia lets personal friendships get in the way of footballing decisions. Football is a ruthless game and the board are not ruthless.

Delia has shown her true colours. Her main priority is taking her ?700,000 out of the club for the catering each year and as long as the restaurants are full and the stadium is full she is not bothered by what is going on on the pitch.

I know that some people will not like this but what has Delia actually done for this club? It was the late great Mr G Watling who bought out Robert Chase not Delia. Delia then bought the shares of Mr Watling.
I know Mr Chase got a lot of things wrong but he put a lot of things in place that the current majority shareholders and board have benefited from. Where would this board be without the land sale? It was Mr Chase who bought that land remember not Delia.
Whilst Chase was in control we were only 7 million in debt. We now found ourselves 18 million plus in debt but the board just put spin on this by saying it is controllable. How can it be controllable when we lose at least 3 million a year?

Yes the new South Stand has been built under the current boards leadership but they were forced into this it was not there choice. The old south stand would not have past its health & safety test any longer.

Yes Delia and co have set up the catering side of the club but this is only so she can take her ?700k each year. This is a personal benefit not a benefit to the club.

Yes Michael and Delia loaned several millions to the club but it was exactly that a LOAN it is and was not a donation. I think you will find that a lot of the money we received when we went up went on paying Delia and Michael their loans back.

Taking of promotion in my eyes the major factor that got us up was a certain D Huckerby. The board would and could not agree terms with Hucks after his loan spell expired. The deal had fallen through, as the board would not stump up the money to reach his wage demands. If it was not for a local businessman stepping in when the deal fell through and offering to pay a large proportion of hucks wages we would never have seen him grace the yellow and green shirt and probably not have gone up. Delia and the Board were only to happy to take the plaudits when we got promoted for gambling and signing hucks but it was not down to them at all.

I for one do not trust the board and Delia anymore and believe that as long as they are in charge we will never fulfil the potential this football club has. Can Delia and co be trusted to appoint an appropriate manager when they finally get their head out the sand and realise that worthy is not the answer?
I will leave you with a quite from our chairman after about 10 games last season. ?Even if we got relegated to the conference we would still have Nigel as our manager?

Delia and co must go now along with Worthy as every week they remain puts another nail in the coffin of NCFC.
