Sent this to ND marked FAO The Board of NCFC

I am an avid home and away season ticket holder of this wonderful football club. I was unable to attend today due to illness, however my dad and brother were there as always.

Last season was a terrible one for the club, not only on the pitch, but also in the stands. The much valued 'togtherness' between the management, players and fans was lost, resluting in mass demonstrations and a awful atmosphere in which to play and watch footabll.

Nigel Worthington has done a magnificent job during his time at Norwich City, we should all recognise this. However, last season was not good enough and despite being unhappy with the way the season went, I did not agree with the way the fans were trying to force him out.

As a board, you stuck by him and after a good start to the season things looked better.

But after 1 point from 12 and conceeding 11 goals in our last 4 away games (not to mention the home game against Palace last week), it is clear that no corner has been turned and our vunerabilty away from home is still in evidence.

If you do not act now and replace the manager, we will see scenes like last season; the protests, the ugy atmosphere and ultimately another failed season.

Eventually, the fans will turn on the board for their failure to remove a consistently under performing manager. Nobody wants to see this.

Leeds and West Brom have both seen fit to make positive changes, with their managers given dramatically less time to try and turn things around and meet supporters expectations.

Please, listen to the fans and do what is needed to turn things around and make this season a success.

Thank you for your time.
