There are dozens of managers, coaches who want to be managers, ex players who want to be managers out there...why do people think that a) none will come here and b) if they did why they would be no better than worthy.

As for the squad - it's a lot better than a lot of squads in the division.

Some teams actually give their young players a chance ahead of ageing has beens - look wat O'Neill is doing at Villa - he's given Luke Moore and Aghbonlahor their heads and they're repaying him.
