They can't carry on without him....

It's not like they can do a quick bit to camera about him and then say 'and here's Jeremy tooling about in a Ferrari at 190mph'.

If Hammond is disabled in some way as a result of this, I can see no problem with having him back as a presenter. There are plenty of disabled drivers out there that could do with representation on screen. It's a shame that they didn't think of this earlier and cripple Clarkson.
