Just remembered another one we've got up here.

I've seen him recently in Hillsborough, and in the past, quite often, in the centre of Sheff: Really Fast Walking Guy.

In all weathers, all seasons, you'll see him walking really really fast, in really short shorts, white nylon socks pulled right up to his knees and el cheapo black trainers. Old guy, must be in his 60s, but trim, probably all the fast walking.

Sometimes he'll be carrying a really cheap thin carrier bag of stuff (the sort of carrier bag you'd get from a market stall).
