i often used to see him when i lived in Thorpe Marriott. when i used to go shopping he was often seen crossing backwards and forwards across the road outside the david rice, he was quite funny. the other guy i remember who used to get on the bus at hellesdon was a guy completely covered in tattoos. all of the kids were s**t scared of him!
