My post was meant to

give an example on the youth policy at the club. Jarvis scores two in the cup, and will most likely be benched and an old player like Dublin will play in his place.

The same applies to the other youngsters. The never get a chance to show what they can do. Other clubs give 17-18 year old players opportunities.

It may well be right that Jarvis never will make it as a regular first team striker, but if the club reckons he has potential, they must let him develop it.
