I'd so love this to work out, but theres a reason why over the last couple of years

he's reverted to centre back

He's signed on a reputation, then when it is realised he hasn't got it anymore, he's pushed to the back to get some use out of him

Unless that's what we're gonna do

I joked that Doherty would be going up front again with him at the back, but it could actually happen
