Whilst I, like everyone else, would rather have had Shevchenko, it's a relatively risk-free (tick) non-loan (tick) short term measure to get a body in (tick) that can play both centre back or up front (tick), so fair enough.

For my money it is no more than that. I also don't buy all the bleating in comparing Sutton and Dublin.
