you simply cannot 'prove' your case

in an hours program, and it will end up in court - which will take maybe months of time - and will cost a fortune in legal costs. i dont pay my licence fee so that the BBC can 'go after the bad guys' in the courts.

but if they can highlight issues, then good on em.
